At Teumim.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are available.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including e-books, downloadable guides, templates, courses, and other digital content, all digital sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Physical Products

If you purchased a physical product from Teumim.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and its packaging, where applicable

We will review your request and, if appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or a digital product has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.
