Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including e-books, downloadable guides, templates, courses, and other digital content, all digital sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Physical Products
If you purchased a physical product from Teumim.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations

Once an order has been fulfilled or a digital product has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.
